What's the return&refund policy?
To improve your shopping experience in heyourstyle, we offer a 30 days no reason returns policy after receipt. For example, customers don't like the product the order a wrong item. For releveant product types and valid return and exchange time, please check the following details.
- For non-quality issues (such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customer fees incurred during the return process.
- The returned product must be the same as the package sent, and the product is not damaged, and does not affect the second sale.
- Cusmotized items are not covered by this guarantee.
What's the return proceedure?
- Please contact us if you want to return/exchange, you will then receive a return/exchange instruction with return address.
- Please send the parcel back to us follwoing the instruction.
- Please inform us of the return shipping number.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Our refund process is optimized for speed. Refund requests are sent to the original payment method used. We proceed refund within 5 business days after we receive your return, the actual refund comes into your account will be depended on your bank's processing.
